Spring Gathering ~ An Insider's Celebration

Please join us for one of our most anticipated events of the year, Yosemite Conservancy’s Spring Gathering in Yosemite on March 27-28, 2015. Bring the entire family for an exciting weekend exploring the park and spending time with friends old and new.

The festivities begin with a Welcome Reception on Friday evening at Yosemite Lodge’s Garden Terrace Room with appetizers and drinks for an additional $25.

Saturday activities will include guided walks by Yosemite experts, inspiring presentations, project tours, lunch and a special reception. All donors of $25 or more are invited to join us for the day. Click here for a printable version of the program.

Register for the event here and enter the requested information and select the activities, hikes or programs that interest you. If you plan on bringing additional family members, please add each person separately. The deadline to register online is March 20.

John Muir Heritage Society

Donors in the John Muir Heritage Society (with annual gifts of $1,000 or more) are invited to join us for a special dinner on Saturday night and additional activities on Sunday. Registration Fees

Saturday Spring Gathering

Adults $100
Children 6-12 $25
Children 5 & under       Free

The registration fee includes Saturday programs, guided hikes and walks, lunch, project tours and afternoon reception.

A Welcome Reception on Friday night at the Yosemite Lodge, including appetizers and drinks, is an additional $25 per person.


Please remember that hotel rooms at Curry Village and Yosemite Lodge are set aside especially for Spring Gathering participants. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To make reservations in this block, visit www.yosemitepark.com or call 801-559-4884. Be sure to mention the special Group Code you will receive upon completion of Spring Gathering event registration. This will be found on the registration confirmation page. Curry Village and Yosemite Lodge reservation agents are available 7 days a week by telephone. Their hours of operations are 7 am–8 pm, Monday – Friday and 7 am–7 pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Hotel reservation deadline is February 27th.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellation requests received no later than March 20. A $25 cancellation fee will be retained for each registration. For cancellations made after the March 20 deadline, we cannot issue refunds for any reason. No exceptions can be made to this policy. We understand that unforeseen or emergency circumstances may arise, but our non-profit organization operates on a limited budget.
